Well well. Yet again Chester have lost at home in a cup competition. This time to a side that they have already beaten 3 0 and 2 0 in the league. One look at the comments on the Chester message board should convince anyone as to how seriously they this competition. The side that looks virtually unstoppable in the league is all of a sudden highly vulnerable in any cup competition. Coincidence or a cynical decision making process to concentrate on the league to the exclusion of all else, including the entertaining of their fans today?

I'm suprised by that considering Mr Vaughan was talking about how much money they could make out of a decent trophy run...

One look at the comments on the Chester message board should convince anyone as to how seriously they this competition. A very predictable response, no doubt it would have been somewhat different had they won today!

This bodes well if anyone catched them and they are in the play offs as they will be like cup matches. Funnily enough they bottled it last season too
