1)I couldn't stand the stick I would get at work when we lost.
2)The place has a smell all of it's own.
3) I have a long running dislike of the attitude of some of their fans. I remember going to see them play at Cheshunt. They struggled to win 2-1 despite the fact a number of their players were on Second Division wages while Cheshunt were effectively a Sunday League side due to money problems. Their attitude was awful that afternoon.
4) I can't print my views on the Manager
5) In years gone by when they were linked to a local nightclub there were stories of bouncers from the club being in the players tunnel and threatening the opposition. (This was reported in the local paper AFTER the opposition had won, so no sour grapes)
6) The place is cold and usually wet
7) Terrible to get to by public transport for anyone who neeDs to use that.
8) The pitch makes the Bucks Head look like a bowling green
9) If you think you have seen poor grounds in the Conference, Dover is the San Siro compared to Canvey
I can go on if you like ;D

Boylan was on the books of someone like Spurs or West Ham, can't remember which. For the last few seasons he has been scoring goals for fun. I think it's something like 100 goals in 2 1/2 seasons. I might be among friends on here but I still wouldn't put my thoughts on the internet. I might look stupid but I'm not that stupid.
