Have been informed that after 1630 (4.30pm for civvies ;-) ) buses will run between Wolves and Telford. So be prepared for a bit of a mess around on the way back from the game. Going by car now me.

Where did you hear that ?
There is nothing on Central Trains web site.
It was buses last weekend, but work should be finished now.

I have just rung Central Trains who told me the trains will be running - No Buses.

was at Shrewsbury station last night, and there was a public information poster saying that there was engineering works on the 29th/30th. If i understood it correctly, then the 18.20 and any trains thereafter from Birmingham to Shrewsbury are by coach. If you check on www.thetrainline.com, it comes up as buses. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news etc  |

Scooter, my mate works for Central and he told me. He said as from 4.30pm buses will take over. So be prepared for a bit of a run around after the game.

Definitely buses after 16:30 tomorrow.
Have checked with both rail enquiries & Shrewsbury station.
Anyone else catching 09:54 from Shrews ?

engineering works at wolves mean a block on the line at 17:00
oh well on the buses it is from wolves to t*****d
