nope should be banned from driving for the same length of time that i would for travelling at 160mph...
was not travelling to an emergancy.
go to closed track if you want to get used to the car..

He should have been treated like any other mere mortal who was caught doing 159 mph on a public road but surprise surprise he's been let off. Have you noticed the poll the Star are running? Is Telford chav capital of the world?

If he was alone in the car I think he should be jailed. If he had a Police Advanced Driver with him to monitor his actions and act as a second pair of eyes and ears, that would be a different matter. No-one doubts that high speed pursuit driving demands the highest level of car control and awareness, and is a skill which must be honed - but not by individual, part qualified drivers just when it suits them.
