The Snowdon mountain stuff is very good, especially the chilli one, lovely. My over favourite is Appplewood smoked chedder although I once eat a whole block of it in an evening and it did put me off for a while!

"Seriously Strong" cheddar from Morrisons*, Tesco, Asda etc. £1.69 for 250 g, £3.29 for 500g. *Safeways used to often have 500g for 250g price only seen it once at this price since the takeover. Caws Llyn - another full of flavour cheddar, made near Pwllheli. If you like cheese with flavour these 2 are great.

If any of you are down Ludlow way mid september I strongly recommend the Food and Ale festival. A lot of the food stalls are around the market square - but if you pay 4 quid to get into the castle grounds you come accross the specialist foods, most with free sampling. Me and Mrs Ghost clocked up about 30 different cheeses and several different wines and Perrys between 10am and 6pm - then washed it down with a few real ales round the town and caught the 11.15 train home Highly recommended

Don't like cheese. I'm the guy who spends ages grumbling in McDonalds because it takes 10 minutes longer to get items with LESS ingredients

Shropshire blue is top, but I love the soft cheese with the walnuts in but I can't think of the name.
