Not sure that we have seen the last of Lukey yet.
Interview before the match he seemed to be saying that he might stay of offered a deal and no better offers were forthcoming.

I think he was a bit Gutted saw him after the match I dont think they came out because of all the celebrations at the other end!!!!!!!!!!!

In all honesty I hope we have seen the last of him. He's not effective enough and certainly needs a new challenge Yes have to agree, needs a fresh challenge and a new sharpness to his game and I dont thinks he is going to find that staying here.

It was a sad way to go and he didn't seem to know how to handle the situation when he went off. Everyone stood up and applauded and he seemed to want to linger at first to acknowledge the crowd and then he trudged off and sat down on the bench.

Gradi was also at the match. As for Luke, I dont think he looked 100% fit to start with, and then towards the end of the first half that defender landed on his foot, and then he was doing stretches for his groin. Tis a shame, he was never going to score, when we were hoofing balls up to him and expecting him to do kelvin langmeads job

Today Luke had poor control, little pace, and was totally outmuscled by the defenders
Luke Rodgers 3 years ago is not Luke Rodgers now, which is very very sad for him and us

Luke will always be remembered, but its time for him to move on. Tranmere i think will get him.

yer i seen him after the match to he is sound n very down to earth he will be missed as he was with us for 8 years
