to me it was not even a huge insault and surley he has heard worse shouted at him (if not he must be deaf).

He through a paddy big time, called the Town fan a pr!ck and still wouldn't let it go when the ref blew for HT he stormed off the pitch moaning with Aiston looking back at the crowd. FFS your meant to be a proffesional Challis cope with it , we had too when you slated us at Histon your the pr!ck, you might be getting back to some sort of form but as far as im concerned you can find another club for next season.

There's plenty of dicks amongst the STFC support. Trevor gives 100% effort each game and I'd love him to stay ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

There was no need for the absue Challis got.
Challis has been one of our most consistent performers for the second half of the seaosn.
God only knows what that bloke was on about but to be honest I'm glad challis told him to shut up - someone had to!

I have to say I have been a critic of TC earlier on in the season, but he's knuckled down and played a lot better.
The stick he got today was out of order and if I had been in his shoes I might of done what he did too.

The bloke that gave Challis grief was a knob. I noticed the stewards had plenty to say to him shortly afterwards.

Picture this scenario: Your doing your work and the mailman (to give an example) walks in with the mail and calls you everything under the sun. How do you react? Do you shut up? And don't come to me with "he pays for his ticket" and "challis as a pro shouldn't do that" cos he is a human being after all. Human beings swear back at other human being who have sworn at them. So I'm with TC is this one ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

what that guy shouted was nothing in the scheme of things, but was it the last straw, what else had he directed at Challis, he has been busting a gut latley, vast improvement, he probably thought what the **** have I got to do. At least he didn't belt the ball into the crowd. We have got a few vocal needless abusers, very few thankfully who never do anything but abuse no matter what, JP managed to shift some last season, it does get to you after a while.
