Just come back from the concert in wolvo. Wasn't to bad, if you look past the smelly plebs and the guitarest who gobbed every 30 seconds over anyone and everyone Oh and they were only on stage for 45 minutes...... Having said that some of their stuff was quite good Oh and it was refreshing to see the lead singer speak respsonsibly about suicide and life Oh and no wall of death

How many albums have MCR made? Do they have more than 45 minutes worth of music in their back catalogue? I've only recently heard of them but am already fed up with the large amount of coverage they are getting in kerrang magazine. Who was supporting?

When I saw MCR at the Academy they were totally blown off the stage by yourcodenameis:milo, who play the Bar Academy in early May supported by the terrific Modey Lemon, if anyone cares. Speaking of gigs, 3 in the next 3 days for me...British Sea Power, Doves and The Others...gonna be messy

Not usually a poster but saw British Sea Power mentioned, one of my favourite bands! The new album is fantastic, i urge everyone to go out and get a copy ASAP! Just wondered if you know who is supporting them tonight? was going to be The Rakes but they've dropped out. Shame really as i was looking forward to seeing them too.
Saw Doves in Wolvo recently and they really were great, you will also have the immense pleasure of seeing The Magic Numbers supporting them, an amazing 'feel good' band of two brother and sister combinations. Saw them in Brum recently with Hal and they really are fantastic.

Just checked the BSP messageboard and no news of who will be supporting tonight (I was really looking forward to The Rakes too) but a band called The Termites apparently supported last night in Bristol if that means anything to you, fair to say they didn't win great reviews. And cheers for the heads up on The Magic Numbers, they've been getting great reviews from my friends and NME but I've yet to hear any of their stuff, I'll be sure to pay very close attention tomorrow!
