I kind of see where you are coming from KIP but its a private enterprise - STFC can let in who they want
any business has the right not to serve anyone they dont want to
if anyone has been stopped from attending and they are 100% innocent, then I guess its up to then to show the authorities and STFC they should not be banned
if STFC dont want them through the turnstiles then its just like some nightclubs in town who dont let me in cause i wear the wrong clothes
they still have the right to roam the streets and are still free citizens

Tell me Kickin mate, when those youths who are standing by the Riverside move as close to the Station End as they can get and shout loads of abuse and various hand gestures. Are they acting in a law abiding manner or inciting violence?
Do we really need people like that in the ground?

Hi ya kickin. Long time, no debate. I expect you would also agree that those held by 'Obergruppenfuhrer Blunket', without charge or trial, and those being tortured in Guantanamo Bay, against every principal of the Geneva Convention, and without the very basic human rights, should also be given the opportunity for, as you put it, "it is the courts that should decide". Or, are the rights of a few (allegedly) mindless jobs to enter private property, for a couple of hours, once a fortnight, more worthy of complaint than the protection of fundamental rights to humane treatment? Puts it into perspective, doesn't it

...to ban people from the meadow without a criminal conviction/banning order or at the very least a verbal or written warning from the football club or Police? It's probably not fair, but neither is it fair to the thousands of customers if the club were not able to take action against the few that spoil it for the majority.
