When Grandstand (English TV owd lad ) went down to Fratton Park more of the supporters were behind the Chairman than 'Arry Redknapp. It should be the Southampton supporters laughing at the Pompey fans as they have lost a very good manager.

Harry will do a decent job down there. He did very well at Portsmouth but didn't seem to get the credit he deserved.

I can't believe Southampton fans will mind in the slightest - if they don't get someone in soon they are going down

cant see him doing well at southampton.
Harry like free reign over transfers, contracts, agents etc... Which is exactly what Lowe prides himself on doing.....

Don't have much time for that Lowe guy. He's gone on record saying he know's jack sh@t about football, sounds like just another guy jumping on the premier league bandwagon.
Think Harrys on a sinking ship-only reason they stayed (appaling grammar I know) up so many times in the 90's was Matt Le Tiss. At the moment I doubt think they have anyone who really gives a cr@p, except for that Blackstock kid he looks the business.

Not a good move on Arry's part if you ask me.
If he thought his last Chairman interfered too much wait till he's had a week of the pr@t he works for now.
End in tears, hope I'm wrong though I like the fella.

St. Harry to the rescue As a Saints fan I have no cause for concern at Harry Redknapp moving to St. Mary's. Made up actually He did a decent job at Bournemouth, West Ham and Pompey. He is a good manager when working with limited budgets. His teams play attractive football and the players seem to respect and like playing for him. Saints to survive now. Whew
