wtf was howie doing for that one - whitehead was desparate for him to come and collect the ball.
i think gp has a lot of things to think about tonight.

I bet Tinno was egging Whitehead on I cant remember seeing that incident, maybe as it was I walked towards the Wakeman in the last 5 mins, I'm sure GP will make them report at his office at 5.30am tomorrow to explain their actions

whitehead was blocking off a player expecting howie to collect a bouncing ball in the six yard box. howie did not go for it and whitehead got a push in the back from there stricker. when whitehead got up he screamed at howie and they both seemed to throw a punch/push each other away . cant be good for morale

at least it shows they are bothered.
Nout wrong with a bit of a puncg up/heated argument as long as they move on from it.
Lets not forget that Howie has been easily one of our best players this season (and last)

If I was Howie I wouldn't have any faith in Whitehead either, can't pass, can't tackle and get's beaten for pace. He can go back to Telford on a free transfer. Mr Peters has a fair bit of work to do with the chairman's cheque book after last night, but we really knew that already didn't we.

Harsh Whitheads a decent player and i would put scott at fault for that incident - very much like last year when tinno would call for him to come and he would stay - oh well at least in never came to blows then...... oh hang on!!!!
Its going to be Walton and Whitehead soon - tinno was again done several times or pace by some one who was not that quick!

Maybe but we look so vunerable in centre of defence. I think Tinson is also to blame and has gone backwards in recent weeks. I just look at the centre halves playing for the opposition liek last night. They seem to be more commanding and give you more confidence that they are going to win challages.
I have stated in other emails that the midfield was very poor last night. I would like to see say four players brought in, in key positions. I am sick and tired of seeing us loose against sides we could and should beat!

Great defender he is Staffs Shrew needs to popen his eyes. Tinno and Ridler were not up to it in the conference never mind the football league! If you drop Whitehead I reckon you might just regret it!

If you drop Whitehead I reckon you might just regret it! And how many football league games have you seen him play to come to that conclusion Personally i think he's doing ok and would keep him in the 1st team WITHOUT TONSON. And as for Tinson and Ridler not being up to conference standard last year Second best defencive record in the league proves you wrong
