Anyone see Cutting Edge on C4 last night Really interesting insight into how Profesional Ticket Touts work - always though that how they without batting an eyelid turn down offers fifty or a hundred percent above what they paid for tickets (as they expect to get more) took a fair bit of nerve. This showed a bloke who regularly got left with a few tickets, but the increased profit he made on the ones he sold at the higher prices more than made up for it Bizzarely, it showed him going over to Australia for the Rugby World Cup Final, and making more on tickets to see the stage version of "The Lion King" (which he found out was sold out for then next 4 months), than he did on Rugby World Cup Tickets. Nasty Arrogant bloke, but quite financially astute.......

The guy that went over to the World Cup was a complete jerk but as you say he certainly knew finanically what he was doing with the tickets.
Thought the other guy who sold the Wimbledon package to the 'News of the World' reporter (ticket + 2 girl escort next to the royal box !!!) was a complete star.
