Unanimous decision by the Scandinavian Shrews. I may well also come over for that one too, cleverly organsing a family visit to relatives. The first thing i will do is eat proper fish and chips and drink proper beer. That Bas v Pedigree thread got me reminiscing, Bass and barleywine. Pint of Bass, drink enough to fit the barleywine in. Favourite tipple of the old landlord of the Bottle and Glass at Picklescott. The bloke with the mental facial hair.

do you need us to do anything for the visit? I've got a couple of spare beds if accomodation is needed (not sure about dates) B&A social night of the game? Followed by a curry?

Is that in April? I was hoping to bring along Marie (my youngest) and her Swedish boyfriend - who's very much a Football fan. But- they're going to Sweden for his Mum's 60th birthday, sometime in the spring. Hope it doesn't clash! The thing is- believe it or not- he struggles to speak swedish, now- his Mum was horrified when his family came to visit them!!!

To be honest i am not sure what Matthias has in mind. I am sure any offers of accommodation or help with getting a good price at a local hotel will be welcome. If I come over I will be staying at my parents in Bayston Hill, but as we will have the three kids with us there will be no space there. As for the curry, that is an absolute necessity. A lunch of fish and chips is also vital (either that or post match). I HAVE to come over for this. I have just realised this.

I can no longer form proper English sentences and happily mix english into my swedish. I speak fluent Swenglish with my children though.
