Bill Wingrove, Blue and Amber Fanzine Issue 3 - "But what is Mark (Guterman) actually guilty of".
Alex Hamilton, Guardian, December 2, "His (Guterman's)stewardship of the club proved financially disastrous, so he has to be treated with great caution"
Mark Guterman, letter to Alex Hamilton. "You have acquired the freehold of The Racecourse Ground; terminated the lease by which the club occupies the ground; you have refused to invest any further money to avoid liquidation; for a period of two months, you have steadfastly refused to engage in any discussion with me for the sale of your interest. *You resigned your position as chairman before any conflict could arise between your duties to the club, and your own financial interests."
PS Twas Mark Guterman who obtained the freehold on behalf of Alex Hamilton.

Mark Guterman posed as an owner in order to obtain the freehold for Alex Hamilton for a 'good price'.

Are they on the verge of Administration and therefore a 10 point deduction again? I thought they avoided that a couple of weeks ago, but there is a piece in todays Star that makes me think otherwise. It was about Smith signing Scott Green quickly while they are able to bring new players in ie before they go into administration...............10 point deduction is automatic isn't it?

The deferred Court Hearing is due to be heard tomorrow, so they either defer it again or go into administration, I assume.
