My mum was talking to the head groundsman at the meadow yesterday (his name escapes me), and she said for him to get a good pitch together for the Telford game. His comment was 'thats if they play', and he then said he couldn't say any more.
Sounds to me like the town are in negotiations for a postponment, which I imagine an announcement will be made by town once the U21 squad for wales is announced.

Interesting stuff that petetheloon, not sure what to think about it myself although if a re-arranged match meant we had our best players available and more chance of winning then I'd guess it'd be the best solution.
It could even be moved to the Tuesday afterwards or do we have a game then?

NOOOOOO it cant be moved (unless forward to the Friday night) I booked time off work especially to be back for this game. Anyway I'd rather get the game out of the way now, we are bound to get a % of games postponed over the winter and with the cup runs (optimistically thinking) and quite a small squad anything to prevent a backlog of games towards the end of the season

Do we not have the LDV game then?
It would be wise for the club to move the game to as near the original date as possible as there are a lot of people planning on coming back for it.
If not it should be moved to the other side of christmas so people can make alternative arrangments to come back.
