I'm sure HHS know who they are! You dont have to be as old as me to remember them John Power also played with a good band from the 90s called Cast.

Blimey! Anyone else name another song apart from THE obvious one??? Doldrums was a great one. I loved their album. Cast were a fine festival band too although I accept it's desperately uncool to say that.

Good band The LA's... Brings back memories...saw them play a fair few times at the Manchester Academy in the early 90s... Didn't think they'd get back together, mind...thought thay had a big fallout?

The La's are absolute classic!
Their album is brilliant and if anyone has ever heard a track called 'Callin All' - it's wicked la.
Disappointed they're not playing in Liverpool though.

saw the las in leeds about 12 years ago. my god i'm getting old. my fave cast song was 'sandstorm' , or was that the la's?!
