How would you describe our position now? The league table looks so much better than it did a week or so ago and I am starting to feel confident that we will indeed stay up. What a turn around

I have felt confident we would stay up as soon as I had seen us play under Gary Peters.
Nothing I have seen changes that opinion.

The moment we hit 45 points I'll feel safe. There is a real possibility that 45 points won't be needed, but we have to wait and see.
Things change so quickly. 9 days ago I had no idea whether we had enough about us to stay up, and yet 3 games later, we are playing well and 10 points clear of the drop zone with a chance over the next 10 days to go 16 points clear!
That said, after our 3-1 home victory against Rochdale on March 1 2003, we went 7 points clear, with 2 games in hand, and less than a 1/3 of the season to go.
The difference at the moment of course is that are team are playing well and not conceding goals.

All we need is a positive result against kiddy and we will be safe no doubt... you just cant see us losing 8 games in a row!..... cue 9 losing games

And those next 2 1/2 months were the most depressing times I've known GP is not KR - and thus today I feel confident of league football next season (a win next Sat would help settle the nerves though )

If or when?
Never been a doubt since GP took control - if or when doesn't even enter the equation.
One of the best managers in the Towns history - there is only 1 Gary Peters!!!!
