This wristband thing is doing my head in. The original concept of showing you have supported a worthy cause by buying one is fair enough. But when you see people buying them on ebay for 50 quid, and there is now a fair trade in people buying them for a dime in America and flogging them for 5 pound a time in this country for personal gain(i know 2 people who have done this)................and in both those cases the money goes to the spiv rather than the charity. The motive of the purchaser has got to be questioned - they know full well they have not donated to the charity but want to pose pretending they had Very funny in the beaten track last night though when some bloke got just as hacked off with them as I am, and when a third person came in with a yellow wristband on he stood up and bellowed "would all drinkers wearing Yellow band now please leave the pub"
