Reading latley about what is expected of a football fan,Town or otherwise.Do you wear every bit of club kit and go to every game, not questioning where the moneys going to and following and believing everything you are told to be the truth.Do you go to nearly every game would buy some club kit and make up your own mind on the things you are told.Do you hardly ever buy any kit, question everything about the club take an interest in the grapevine to get information and go to the good games and support the club when the chips are down.Maybe GP and some fans would like us all in the first listing.but for myself i would rather see a better return for the hard earned cash i would give the club.

disagree skunkie
in my opinion, a good fan base generates confidence and good vibes for the players. you speak to any town player over the past few years, all will say they dont like playing down at the meadow because of the negativity
i dont care if gary peters ruffles a few feathers, some things have to be said
i know fans are paying customers but equally walking out 10 min b4 the end isnt the done thing. moan AFTER but not during the game
A typical town fan to me - not an away fan, or riverside singer etc, but the people we are talking about at the type who stand at the back of gigs with their back to the wall - dont even venture down the sides or behind the mixing desk to see if the sound is any better and certainly dont join in clapping and cheering during encores

Each to their own int it...I think the only criticism you can throw at fans is when they moan and give abuse to the players...that doesn't help at all...
But you can't have a pop just cos they aint into singing and that melarkey...as I say, each to their own...
Think its a tad silly (sorry our kid) to be so general when it comes to supporters an all...away fans and the Riverside singers...dont think its that easy...

If thats the case Matt whats their excuse for performing s**te away from home over the years (couple of results excluded) We should put this one to bed for once and for all, we should get a couple of people to stand by the gates and count the people that "stream" out with 10 minutes to go. I suspect the number would be less than 30! How many times does it have to be said, we all stream over to the wakeman end so that we dont get stranded in the ground 10 minutes after kick-off...

Peters hasn't been in charge over the years From the stand sometimes it does look like, thats it i've had enough, we will have to let him know the amount leaving is very few.....
