Im not doing overly well Satudays are my downfall as I go straight from the match to work and dont get time to eat at work so have to grab something at the game and end up eating at midnight when i get home
In the week Ive not been too bad though lost a couple of pounds getting back into a routine of going to the gym just doing an hour of mostly cardio with a few weights and 100 situps - using sunbed sessions as the excuse to go went 3 times last week and am quite hacked off that I havent been able to go today. Packed parachutes for 4 hours Sunday and crikey that is one hell of a work out. Have bought loads of salad stuff to take to work to eat but the preparation time annoys me and free pizza is always tempting.
Well my holiday is two weeks away and Im told on average a skydiver loses around half a stone on the Dubai trip and I have a black jump suit in 30 degree heat which will be a good start the more I lose the smaller/faster parachute I can buy

its going very well no macdonalds breakfasts - coco pops and milk instead no bread no pizza no pasta, only low carb stuff lots of beef, chicken and steam veg no pepsi no more red wine more importantly, drinking water and juice like I am chain smoking if there is not enough fluid in your body you dont break down the fat and WALK into town instead of driving, WALK to friends house a mile away instead of driving, WALK to the gym instead of driving

Another 6lbs has bit the dust of my annual 2 stone target!
My modified Atkins seems to work quite well still. Not too fast, and not too extreme.
