in my mind socially challenged people should have a good look at themselves as they have a subconscienceous problem the EBF are only called the EBF to show their 'englishness' . They live near Wales but other crews do barr barr white sheep noises at them mimicking them as they feel they ARE welsh. So to prove to the nation they are in fact English like the rest and not because of their proximity to Wales, they go to England games being hard to show their hard Englishness Strong people believe in a faith, where as other weak people belive in a religon in the hope they will feel better about things most people give insults as they dont understand things comics on the other hand are socially gifted like my good man united chum jamo, they turn around an oberservation and make it an amusing statement to which people chuckle over

So, what you're saying is, people obviously have a mental problem if they find something odd/offensive about men sitting round naked together in the pub, as per the original statement that brought all this about?
OK, maybe they're not gay, but they're certainly not, in any way or form IMHO, doing something "normal" as accepted by society as a whole. Or have I missed the point, and the whole swinging-yer-winker-in-a-crowded-bar thing is obviously the first round of "Heterosexual of the Year 2005"?

to be fair the captain of my rugby team at school, was "gay" not that he would admit it, but a number of people had been touched up by him, much to their displeasure. Nice lad, great rugby player, just didnt really want to get into the showers with him Although to be fair thats the last thing on your mind when you've just be tackled and you're waiting for the forwards to arrive and "ruck" over

Why was saying he wished they would admit they were gay being homophobic? ? he just wants them to come to terms with their feelings.......so he wants the gay population to increase......how is that homophobic?

Okay everyone, let's ease off the snapper-baiting now, he's upset about missing the match tonight, and if we break him, we'll have no-one's copyright to breach ;D

Okay everyone, let's ease off the snapper-baiting now, NO, NO, NO. Bait the snapper as much as you can. It's a great sport. It's challenging and exciting and deserves to be considered for olympic status Much, much better than rugby and you don't get to see his todger in the bar afterwards . Everyones a winner.

Now now Vic, you're making an assumption, whereas Mr Staines was making an observation! On reflection.....that's true Grinfish. But in doing so, Mr Stainesr made it clear by implication that he hates rugby and all rugby fans because those that played rugby at Uni were, based on his experience, pricks who got p**sed and thought they were dead funny. They might well have been, but that would be rather like someone saying they hate football because they went to the Meadow once and there was loads of fighting in the ground. The assumption would clearly be that they now believe that all football fans are hooligans and there's always trouble at football grounds. Which we all know is crap. As is the notion that all rugby fans are gay pricks who get drunk and expose themselves......

I do hate rugby and I don't apologise for it. I never said I hated rugby fans particularly, just the whole elitist business of pubic schoolboys in their silly little clubs getting drunk and taking their clothes off.
I ought to clarify that my main source of hatred is because I was once humiliated by a rugby moron, who assaulted me at a bar once for no reason. To be honest it was not the assault that bothered me, just the fact he picked me up (physically) and kind of threw me to one side. It was deeply humiliating and further condensed my dislike of rugby and the culture. As Grinfish pointed out, I am scrawny and had no chance, so swallowed my pride and walked off. Regarding hooliganism in soccer, I obviously deplore it. It's just I happen to be addicted to watching soccer, which is a much better sport than rugby in the first place. The whole homoerotic clothing removing/elitism/nobbish behaviour is the icing on the cake.

TBH snapper I have hardly admitted it to anybody before. It's quite embarrassing really being lifted up like that. Maybe he thought I was a hooker (as in the bloke they lift up on line outs) on reflection or something.
