A few candidates Im sure you will agree. Moss's goals were very well taken but my vote goes to Davy Walton for his all round contribution- one of the few players that stood out in the 1st half

I went for Moss. But it was so frustrating in the last minute when Moss moved into the penalty area on his own with the ball at his feet. We were 4-0 up, it didn't matter what he did. I was just urging him to shoot and go for his hat-trick. If he'd blasted it out of the ground, no-one would have blamed him for going for it, but he just put in a weak cross. Defenders don't get hat-trick opportunities that often. For once, I wish he'd been a bit more selfish and had a bash.
But he is an excellent player. He defends solidly and looked very good yesterday when he went forward. Some of his balls created a lot of problems for the Orient defence.

probably darby, but a word about neil ashton, the guy is different gravy! peters must do everything he can in order to sign him.
