I've been busy chucking out junk and organizing things these last few days. (It makes a difference not working afternoons anymore. The house is almost tidy now! ) Mr Wiggy has been putting laminate flooring in the "study" - so the P.C. and everything had to go out for a while, and we've had to decide what books to give away or sell (We've got some old ones- example- one given in 1903 to a boy for "good attendance at the Ragged School! It's a lovely book- but how awful that they called those places "Ragged Schools". Is there a market for old books? Some have been passed down through the family- so it would be a wrench to part with them. Got one from 1898. Also- (typical of me, I'm rambling again!! ) I've realised I'm getting a collection of Shrewsbury Town programmes, newspaper articles ..etc.. I expect it would be a very small collection by comparison with some of yours- but I need storage. For now, I've got box-files and customised them with "Shrewsbury Town F.C." printed in blue on amber paper. But does the Clubshop sell anything like that- to store memorabilia in? I haven't seen any.

i've got a couple of reasonably big plastic boxes that i store my programs in.
And a fair few card board boxes that i store other football clips and cuttings.
As for books,
Have a look on ebay,Amazon and abebooks (i think its called that-theres a link to it on the oxfam site)
these will all give you an idea of what other people are selling books at (assuming they have the same ones)
