Don't want to give Bally any support, but with 0 goals in our last 3 games, it is a bit worrying and putsa lot of pressure on Luke when he comes back. I agree that we'll take the 3 pts whoever puts the ball in the net, but with Luke, Ryan, Kelvin, Granty and Darbs all off target lately I'm hoping our new coaching set-up will reap rewards sooner, rather than later. It must certainly be worrying GP. Here's hoping that Stitch and Luke are both fit for next weekend so we can see Luke tear at their defence and Stitch bring some quality back to our set pieces. No doubt Bally is trying to wind us up but he does have a point. Langmead has been playing well- thats a fact. Langmeads not scoring- thats also a fact. His last couple of games have not been quite so good as previous ones- another fact, and I expect this deterioration will continue if he doesnt find the net or maybe his striking partners dont find the net. The midfield players cant be expected to consistently score the goals long term that will win us games. Final fact: Bally is a Shrews fan

Dont forget Kelvin was told not to score by GP while on loan as Preston would want a fee

I am sure that once Luke gets back regularly adn playing alongside Kelvin, adn they both benefit from the attacking coaching of Mr W we will see improvements. At the end of the day, things are much better now than they were under JQ, and these things take time to show on the pitch. Give it another six weeks and then we can complain with justification. Also i feel that the calls for Luke to go are somewhat premature. He also needs time under the new manager and assistant and he will come good again.

Stockbridge car stealers Sorry pilch you need a new argument we have been winning regularly for a while now and haven't been on here and i least i put my name to my threads. This thread was nothing to do with Telford just a few observatons about Shrews. Like i said before Langmead looks a good player but needs to score goals. I wonder if Langmead himself is pleased with 1goal in 10 i doubt it somehow? I guess a few of you are happy with a forward who plays well but doesn't score i suppose you would be over the moon if you signed another forward who deosn't score

How can you claim to have seen him 3 times if you're a KFC fan? don't you go and support the team you claim allegiance to or are you yet another sad little man who lacks the confidence to show their true colours.

Tinpot - A joke team in a joke league. yesterday you won in a joke cup which was set up especially for the losers in another joke cup. how you can look in the mirror I dont know. even your 'loyal' supporters seem to be writing in to the star with fickle views each week.

Quality thread - with the demise of telford i though they had gone for good All i can say about AFC Tinpot is - yeah there doing really well in the cup they beat (the mighty) Stockbridge Steels in but im sure to get into this cup there in you have to have been knocked out of 2 prior to it The only place i can think of where that happens anywhere else is??? The Sunday League!!! Says something dont it!!!

yes but who said we wanted him? Sim was singing 'I'd walk a million miles for one of your goals' about the guy a few months back. Or was that just in spirit

It says a lot about your own team that you have to knock ours to deflect away from yout own team. Luckily for you there are 2 teams worse than you this season. Next season will GP still be there as if he does ok with you there is nothing stopping him leaving for a better team, sounds like he has got his head screwed on not signing a contract

Langmead certainly does need to score a couple of goals and get on a run
the whole team needs to start scoring goals
Luke and Kelvin has not had a real chance yet and I think that will be the big test
Bally is talking about our team and not making personal insults, so i reckon we should do the same

nout stopping hgim leaving us even if he had signed a new contract. We might get a couple of £s compensation...

The only person to benefit from Gary Peters signing a contract is Gary Peters
Very few clubs have ever been able to keep their man
Many have been lumbered with a duff manager or a huge compensation claim

If AFC Telford don't want to enter a cup next year they shouldn't register for it. I'm sure that's the way it works isn't it? Well that's why the Bull in the Barne didn't enter the county cup this season and we're roughly at the same level

As soon as Gary signs it, then the plans are clearly in place for the right kind of training facilities etc. Until then, we'll have to wait and see.

Yes Langmead decent player but allot to learn, not the polished article by any means. For god sake he's a striker and therfore is paid to score goals, great I'm pleased we have found someone who can hold the ball up and bring others into play, hwoever I would be happier if he found the net once in a while! saying that I do believe Langmead and Rodgers will make a good pairing, don;t write Luke off to soon. I believe he will come good. the others, well enough said about grant, Darby and Lowe. We jsut need to bring in someone better and that's the difficulty. Going in the right direction but plenty of room for improvement and sorry but we need to keep any eye on the defence! Telford, why are we bothering even discussing that rubbish, they still live in the past and need to face up to the fact that they are playing stocksbridge and kidsgrove every week, crawl bacl into the hole you came from!

SNFC continues to be welcomed on this board because he makes relevant and well considered points on all matter of subjects and he always pitch's his comments at the right level of humour and p**s taking . He does not come on here at selected periods and gloat and attempt point scoring exercises in a juvenile manner unlike yourself and that Bally bloke. Oh, and he does'nt adopt the little boy tactic of hiding behind a pseudonym.

you expect him to know what pseudonym means? slightly over optimistic i agree but i was hoping that there may be an appropriate adult in his life to explain it for him.
