Listening to G.P. on Radio Shropshire yesterday and he said that they had a few injuries- Moss, Aiston and Challis- and that Grant wouldn't be playing- had a family bereavement. He said he might have to play some players out of position, and give others a chance.
All of them played (except for Grant) I wasn't there, obviously- so I can't say who did what- but were those three fit enough, do you think?
Let's face it- if we were safely up the table- this result- or lack of a result, wouldn't matter much- but we're in a relegation battle now- and so it does. Every game counts.
Someone sent a text to Radio Shropshire to say Howie should go!!! Now Come ON!!!
I don't think mud-slinging is appropriate. I'm worried, like we all are- but we've got to hang on in there and build the lads up again..

Yes, defo Howie's fault today.
Beaten from a yard for the first, from 6 yards for the last and only managed two great saves before they scored the third past him.
Best keeper I remember at the Meadow.

Wiggy. It was a chapter of accidents. Some weren't fit and couldn't play. Others were out of position. Even I could see that it was going to be difficult with only one up front - he really had no-one to hold the ball up for and pass to. But my standard excuse has to be that we never, ever, play well when the team have travelled up the night before. I honestly cannot remember a time when a stay away has resulted in an excellent result. It just seems to completely throw them However, the stadium and its facilities were great. I would only have one suggestion for improvement and that would be that they serve coffee/tea, etc., from behind the buffet counter and not from a blinking machine!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best in the division most probably although i haven't seen anywhere near all of the others this year apart from Billy Turley of course.......now I wonder what he's up to these days......spot of golf, fishing, gardening, catching up on all those little jobs around the house....

Camebrifge apparantly have some 18 year old who has been single handedly keeping them in games. Supposed to be brilliant, and is rumoured to be linking up with.... (take your pick from man u-Newcastle, via Middlesbrough, spurs etc...)

Howie's certainly the best goalkeeper at the Meadow since I began watching in 1985.

Saw goals on Central news last night. How anyone can blame Howie is beyond me. He's the best keeper we've had in recent times.
The best keeper in my time of watching Town was Steve Ogrizovic, Bob Wardle was another good keeper for us.
Since then Eddy was good until the last couple of years with us, Dunbavin, just not big or decisive enough.
