Just installed my Wanadoo broadband modem, any idea how long it takes them to activate the phone line-it's like watching paint dry waiting for the light to stop flashing? Says up to 10 days on the box

takes 10 days. so two working weeks i.e monday to friday then monday to friday again.
sould be ok then....

Whats wrong with Wanadoo then JP? Im with wanadoo, only took 3 days to come online. No expert on computer stuff, but seems to work ok for me.

Wanadoo 3 days for me as well, (6 months ago though). BT, you are joking , so many problems experienced by family and friends.

Ive had problems any time I used freeserve, BT are superb and their service and customer service superb

Another vote for freeserve/wanadoo here. Sister in law ordered hers on Thurs, received modem on Friday and has been told she will go live on the 18th.
