Gary P in post match interview said he wants to work on getting someone to be in the place where 70 to 80% of Sam's crosses actually go - things are really on the up at the Meadow. If that happens Sam may well look too good to be playing for us by the summer so let's enjoy it while we can.

looked class today, and when he next scores i hope its at one of the end of them long runs - it will a wonder goal!!!
Keepgoing sammy the confidence is almost back and im sure that he can play a vital part for the rest of the year worrying defences

everyone knows that nothing will come of his runs even the ref only booked their player when sammy was tripped when clean through we all knew he was right and it wasn't a goal scoring opportunity

Last season we had same problem with Josh Low, took the p**s out of defences but could not cross to save his life...as soon as he gets that right and we sell him not gone yet but had a "groin strain" today, shame, great player

Sammy was outstanding today in terms of direct running and creating openings - his end ball is improving although quality is still mixed. A couple of times he'd have been better off putting his foot through the ball and hoping Abbey dropped it rather than crossing into a crowded area.
