In this day and age a contract isn't worth the paper its written on anyhows. If the club want to get shot of him they will, if Peters wishes to move on at some point he will. ... Well said Stutty. I have never signed a contract of employment where I work now. So I can just walk out or he can just sack me. Half way through my 26th year working there, so what does a contract prove. If you do not like a job you will leave and if your employer does not like you he or she will ask you to leave.

I agree with Stutty and Harmerhill, it's not the lack of a signed contract that worries me but the fact that there is something that would appear to make Gary Peters walk away from the club.
Finally after 15 years of waiting we have a person in charge who has man-management skills. I want that person to stay.

He doesn't want to manage a conference club, also he knows that it has taken 9 years to get this far with the NM, i think its more that he doesn't want to bring players here on the hope of the NM but the reality + that the boards ambitions and his match and are realistic not just wannabe dreams
