At the moment Crewe are setting a standard to which our club can and should aspire to - both on and off the pitch.

It's called supporting your own team first.
A successful Crewe is more likely to attract potential Town fans from North Shrops, i already know of a couple of examples of this.
Agree with you though that the position they are in is comendible and Gradi is a top manager. Hopefully we can do something similar over the next few years.

That's the only explanation i can offer for someone to come out with that. I can never understand why someone would want to go and watch another team because their's isn't playing.

I indeed do go along with my dad, sued to go 5-10 games a season (when salop were away).
havent been since last season (harder to go when at uni).
However i wouldnt get too excited just yet. Yes they are doing well but there is not a chance in hell they will make the play offs.
Anything from 10-18th will be considered a great season for Crewe.
Am mightely pleased tho' to see Deano Ashton scoring goalsgoalsgoals- anyone who gets the chance should watch him, hes bloomin awsome-reminds me a bit of Teddy Sheringham for his knack of dropping off the front man and playing in others.
