What did you all think of Rovers kit? That must be one of the worst i have seen.Reminded me of Strongbow beer mat in kit form (was it designed by a Bristol city fan)? Another old away kit horror was an old Arsenal one from the early 80's,green shirts, black sleeves & black shorts.Anybody think of any other hideous kits?

I think sash stripe away kits are underused - I particularly liked the Stoke City and Manchester City efforts in the 1970s.

Nothing will beat Coventry's tacky all brown away kit from the 70's...truely dreadful.

That kit Rovers wore yesterday is a replica of one of their first ever kits in the 1890's when they were known as the 'Black Arabs' I think if that kit was reversed into blue and amber I think it would look alright, I've seen worse kits than that, Rovers previous away kit was bright orange which I thought was worse.

I never really got to grips with it being one colour on the front and another on the back. At times it looked as if there were actually three teams playing.

Ah Rovers away kits - all lemon one year and what about the green and black quarters. The best was the Tesco carrier bag home kit which lasted one year and was flogged off cheap to Colchester.

Has there been many worse kits than our "scrambled egg" effort of 92-93. That could be what happens when you can't decide on blue/white or blue/amber! Just throw all three colours together and see what you get.
