Is that he seems to start players on form instead of just choosing them out of reputation.
Players like O'Connor and luke will have to fight to win back their place in the starting XI but the system should keep everyone happy.

thats what town have needed for years lol ratcliffe and quinn always picked players on reputation!!! always have if peters was in charge from start i ccant see rodgers startin many games

Absolutely Phil and I hope thats the case.
Having said that though I'll contradict myself now and say I believe its a given that Walton will come straight back in (at R&D) irrespective of results and performances and also believe the same applies to Luke.
Not saying that is correct or will happen but just a feeling.
A defeat on Monday would allow GP to make any changes he saw fit without any criticism along these lines..................3 points however and it would be very difficult if not impossible to change the team without getting some flack.

Other than Walton for Ridler,who has done nothing wrong,I can't imagine that he will change anything...winning team mentality etc... Think that Luke will have a while to wait !

It wont hurt Luke one bit, it may take some pressure off him
