First it was a BMW embedded in a house in Telford, then this. I hope the police are able to determine exactly what happened. The outcome of any future court case cannot be speculated upon, but so far it doesn't look good, frankly, it looks outrageous.
'The collision happened on the A483 at Belan near Welshpool at around 6.15pm on Saturday evening and involved a red BMW X3, a blue Audi S4, and a white Toyota Yaris. The BMW and the Audi were travelling northbound while the Toyota was travelling in the opposite direction. Police say the driver of the Toyota Yaris died at the scene and a child passenger of the same car was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
Dyfed-Powys Police say a 29-year-old man, Abubakr Ben Yusaf, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and drug driving and a second man, Umar Ben Yusaf, aged 33, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.'

some nasty places on the roads near Welshpool , better than they used to be at least I think I'm right in saying that there's a pub around there that has about 8 big lights on it and they look like headlights coming towards you at a distance and I read that this accident was near a pub.

It gets worse, these two, who seem to be directors of an opticians in Manchester, have also been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death whilst uninsured and failing to stop after a road traffic collision.

It gets worse, these two, who seem to be directors of an opticians in Manchester, have also been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death whilst uninsured and failing to stop after a road traffic collision. That poor child has lost a parent and someone is now a widow. All from someone's alleged dangerous driving The number of motorists not insured has gone through the roof and the police are not bothered. My daughter car was written off by a stupid person who was clearly speeding he also did not have any insurance, thankfully my daughter was in a VW. Golf, if it had been a smaller city car I doubt she would have walked away from it, the police did nothing as there was no video evidence.even though numerous witnesses told the police he had been speeding. My daughter's insurance premium went through the roof, she also had time off work as she had whiplash, fortunently she had gap insurance so that and her car insurance ment she nearly had enough to purchase a replacement car, A nearby pedestrian had a very lucky escape as he was young and was able to dive clear from this young mans car as it mounted the pavement. My daughter later found this man had numerous accidents all with no car insurance , non of which had been investigated by the police.

As for cars, one car I would never travel in is the Ka, especially the old model. I knew someone who died in one, the other driver got out with a broken leg.
