Steve Cross thinks we need the right man to turn it around, glad I heard that as I was thinking the wrong person might be better ;-) To be fair, we've done that to many teams this season. We've played L1 Birmingham, Huddersfield, Bolton and beaten them all. We also outplayed Leicester and only lost to them on pens. The BBC Shropshire commentators kept mentioning your performance VS our B side, but in all honesty, for the first time in years, our squad has some depth and those on the bench and squad are all very capable. I actually thought you looked good going forward at times last night, but our defence is solid, and we're clinical at the other end. We're happy to let teams have possession on that basis. There's a lot of blame for your keeper, but he had little cover from the defence at times. Very poorly organised, especially at set pieces, which should be rehearsed. P.S. Whoever mentioned Adomah being 39. He's 'only' 36. And he's being used sparingly. Class never dies. |

The lack of leadership on the field is what shocks me. Tommy O gave the ball away on the edge of the box and Feeney gave a foul away as a result. Winchester just strolled past as if nothing happened. Need a captain who will give out a rollocking when needed.

Briiant support last night well done to all 121 of us , my only moan was the silly " Roland Out " chants by the younger members of our fanbase , rightly told to keep quiet by a couple of our older fans . Its disrespecful and out of order , yes we all want change and our chairman is actively seeking it ( positive news soon hopefully ) but cut the bloke some slack , just boils my p**s the lack of respect shown. Here here. |
