Loser mentality every single game means we don't have a chance.
Lets hope the new manager can get us out of this mental rut because I can not see any new manager bounce with this squad.

A squad with no leaders, Winchester is not captain material.
I would prefer if the whole 1st team squad was put on the transfer list and we played the youth team, could it be any worse.

But their fitness doesn’t seem on par with other league one teams either so what do they actually do at training? Blows my mind how a professional team can be so so bad. |

Lots of poor decisions, poor touches and terrible passing but there is defo some creative players in this squad that are devoid of any confidence. We proved that earlier in the season when we looked night and day compared to the performances in the last 5/6 games. I still live in hope that we can go on some sort of run to keep the dream of survival alive. I wouldn't put a penny on it though. |

Not once today has anyone turned around and bollocked another town player for a poor pass, nobody has tried to encourage anyone or celebrated a good bit of defending. |

His warm ups are Sunday League standard and the bloke can barely bloody walk!! A full clear out from top to bottom is what’s needed - but will be far too expensive to actually achieve |
