He fast-tracked people through the courts knowing it was an Islamist terror attack. One protestor died in prison. A cover up. Like all the serious crimes committed by illegals within days and weeks of arriving on these shores. Many described as “ a local man” till it comes to court.

Firstly the government don't bring charges, that's down the police gathering evidence and passing it on to the CPS, who in turn bring those charges to court.
Secondly I don't think that any of those jailed were just jailed for merely suggesting that it was a terrorist attack. Most if not all them were jailed for violence against the police, against innocent asylum seekers or in some cases against people who had the audacity to not be white British.

Do you honestly think that Starmer brought those charges himself? They were brought by the CPS after evidence was presented to them by the police. That's how the British justice system works. If I'm not mistaken the vast majority of those jailed did plead guilty, so there is that. It's not like Starmer was throwing innocent people in jail.

who do you think was behind the heavy handed policing during the miners strike ? Let me think. One was a group of people fighting for their livelihoods that was being punished for doing so and Thatcher sent in police and army dressed in police uniforms to beat the living s*** out of them in a prearranged confrontation and the press only showed the responses to the police violence on the TV and in the papers, showing the miners in the worst possible light.
The other was several groups of di**heads using their combined brain cell and some random bull**** posted on t**tter to attack innocent asylum seekers and those whose job it was to protect them. Only this time everything was filmed and posted to Instagram and TikTok so there was no press bias to make anyone look bad, they did it to themselves. They even filmed themselves getting hit in the face and the junk in Southport. Did Starmer send the riot police into Southport before the right wing thugs turned up? Did he instigate the firebombing of an asylum hotel?

was the police maybe to prevent the pickets, abusing, intimidating, beating up and even murdering their fellow workers who didnt want to strike ?
I wonder how many miners would have suffered injuries / been killed had there been no police involvement
just a thought
Point is we are both in agreement that no matter who the pm is they can click their fingers and the police and the law will adopt whatever tactics they are told to use

You continue to defend the indefensible. Whichever way you look at it, it comes down to two-tier policing and a two-tier legal system. In short...........it stinks.

Whatever the final outcome, it must be decided by our legal system, not by Robert Jenrick, not by thugs on our streets.

Is that the impartial legal system which failed to prosecute the Asian grooming gangs and have still not brought charges against the individuals who assaulted the armed police officers at Manchester Airport. Time for you to wake up, my friend.

No-one on here or that I have spoken to has ever tried to defend the murderous little s**t and everyone I have spoken to would like to see the key thrown away and for him get the s**t kicked out of him every day he is inside.
If you think I am defending what you call the two-tier legal system I think you'll find that there has been a lot more than two tiers for a bloody long time, going back decades.
How many innocent millionaires have been jailed? How many guilty ones have ended in soft, open prisons? That's one tier.
How many kids with wealthy parents have got away with serious crimes because mummy and daddy can afford a top level brief? There's another tier.
How many black teenagers are stopped and searched compared to white kids? Another one there.
How many people of colour or kids from council estates are nicked and charged for minor possession of weed, ruining their future prospects, while rich white folk snorting coke off the bog seats in West End clubs get a caution? That's four and I haven't even scratched the surface.
Two-tier my 'arris.

As ever, you seem obsessed by ‘millionaires’. Either those who avoid taxes, or it would appear in your view, the legal system. With every one of your utterances your perennial politics of envy come shining through every time in true far-left style.

With every one of your utterances your perennial politics of envy come shining through every time in true far-left style. No envy at all. Most senior executives have a bloody sight more responsibility than I would ever want and they deserve (in most cases) a bloody good package to reflect that. What I do object to is corporations doing everything in their power to avoid through legal or illegal means paying their fair share of the tax burden. Amazon for example avoided UK corporation tax for years, even claiming tax credits for building new infrastructure which they would have built anyway. Amazon rely on the UK road networks to get their deliveries in and out, they rely the NHS getting sick staff back to work in a timely manner, they rely on our school system to ensure that the next generations of staff have at least some level of education. These things and many more besides need to be paid for out of the taxes the Treasury brings in and Amazon and many other corporations have a responsibility to ensure that they pay their fair share, but instead use every loophole to avoid doing so and are constantly on the lookout for the next loophole in case the government try to close any.
I am hardly hard left, more of democratic socialist than a raging commie, but even if I were it would certainly be better than being a simp for the millionaire/billionaire classes that wouldn't p*** on you if you were on fire.

No envy at all? You begin your diatribe with these words and then go on to re-iterate exactly the sentiments I accused you of. As you are so blinded by your political bias, you may not have realised that many millionaires provide employment for thousands of workers, pay eye-wateringly high taxes and in many cases engage in a range of philanthropic activities. I’m guessing that most millionaires contribute far more to society than you ever have, or ever will.

Yes many millionaires and billionaires are philanthropic, Taylor Swift and Mackenzie Scott are two that spring immediately to mind. On the other hand you have people like Musk that use their enormous wealth and power as a vehicle to gain more wealth and power. Do you think that Mohammed al Fayad would have got away with decades of sexual assaults if he had been poor? What about Epstein, Maxwell and everyone's least favourite royal? Would their accusers have had to wait years or even decades to see any vestige of justice? Call me all the names you want and you can even laugh and call what I want to see as some sort of utopia, but I want everyone, rich, poor, white, black, brown, straight, gay, Christian, Muslim, Jew or any other creed, race, religion or sexuality to have the same rights and responsibilities and access to justice as everyone else. It's called humanity. You accuse me of being blinded by my political biases. I think you need to look in a mirror owd lad.

So instead of addressing the questions raised you resort to a failed attempt at humour.

Farage was wrong. He speculated, when people needed to wait until the police had investigated. Farage is a dangerous self promoting loud mouth. Don't be taken in by politicians who don't have any responsibility to run the country. Remember how the lib Dems changed their policies when they got a taste of government.
