Rumours circulating that he is being lined up to replace Hurst if we lose this Saturday.
Did a very decent job at Burton before falling out with the chairman (where have we heard that before)
Could be a wild rumour or something in it who knows

I'd be very surprised if this was to happen. im not really sure what scenario between Roland and those in talks would dictate the need to change the manager and what effect it might have on talks would you as a potential buyer not want a say in a new manager ?, and would you as owner want a potential buyer having a say in a new manager ? messy situation if rumours are true, I cant see it myself |

He’d fit the bill. Experience in league 1 and working under tight budgets. I once bumped into him at Telford services after Town had played Burton. I’ve nothing more to add except he had very big arms!!
