I thought the Southampton player got the red for being the last man as well as pulling Vardys shirt to deny him a clear goalscoring opportunity.
Two offences of which the denying a clear goalscoring opportunity is the greater. Hence why yesterday the Arsenal lad got a red
Problem with the shirt pulling is until all officials stamp down it will continue. How many times over the years have you seen a Shrewsbury defender do it? Hundreds?? maybe more??

I agree with most of those incidents yesterday, they are the same as most week, a foul is a foul no matter how long its takes, a slight tug at the right moment is enough to prevent a goal scoring opportunity all it proves is what a crock of s**te the van dyke decision and explanation was the other week

In the PL whenever a big club plays a smaller club the big clubs get the questionable decisions in their favour. It's happened for years and years. Just tried to find the fact about how many years Man United didn't concede a penalty at home when Sir Fergie was the manager...it was a very long time. Do Man United still qualify as a big club in anything other than attendances?

Speaking of penalties
One rule for one , one for another
Chelsea not given Liverpools given Liverpool and salah tried for another one too with a blatant dive , the ref has misinterpreted the double jeopardy rule , I think he deemed not giving salah a penalty was punishment enough π« #noyellow

lol , phew , even VAR couldn't get away with that even if the ref couldn't wait to make the wrong decision again ππ Liverpool 2 penalties denied, goal against given. Chelsea player only booked when pulled down player through on goal. All marginal but correct decisions but I don't see how you can maintain VAR favours Liverpool and the officials are corrupt

Questionable as to whether the last minute Man City goal against Wolves should have been given either as Sar was distracted by the City player standing offside next to him.

Man city were always gonna get that goal....even tho Silva was still in an offside position when stones headed the ball, and interfering with play.....if your not interfering with play when your in the area.....you shouldn't be playing football!!!

Yep did think the same myself. Can't see why some are getting all hot under the collar about VAR,it doesn't affect us π Thinking about it, imagine if we had to deal with VARππ..

Questionable as to whether the last minute Man City goal against Wolves should have been given either as Sar was distracted by the City player standing offside next to him. are you seriously suggesting a player can be given offside from a corner ? Silva was not in the keepers eye line at all when stones headed the ball You might want to check the Liverpool winner , when the ball was crossed 2 Liverpool players were offside , including one right in the centre who looks odds on to be the player to attack the ball , if he's not there the keeper easily beats jones to the ball as he's not distracted by a more obvious thread

Because you come across as so bitter and twisted that nobody takes your opinion on that club seriously. Do yourself a favour and lighten upπ..it's only football, not war
