I fancy sticking some brass down on Salop staying up.
Now is a good time to have a flutter.
Anyone know odds might be available - I see we can get 10000-1 to win title😂😂😂

Bet365 have the following:
To win outright - 1500/1 Top 2 - 750/1 Promotion - 500/1 Top 6 - 150/1 Relegated - 4/11 Bottom - 9/4
Those are shocking odds apart from the last one 🤣

Yes that's correct davy. 4/11 is 'odds on'. So if you put £11 and it comes in, you get your £11 back plus £4 in winnings. The bookies aren't normally wrong 🙈

Perhaps a good double, Town to get relegated , Wrexham to get promoted?

The betting odds are always just a reflection of where the money is being laid, and a reasonable sum placed either way on the odds would see them shift pretty quickly
Looking at Betfair only about £3000 has been staked on Towns relegation odds. Although looking at it one punter has put £650 on at 1.40 which is by far and away the biggest bet on that market

Anyone know odds might be available - I see we can get 10000-1 to win title😂😂😂 No firms offer “not to be relegated” this far down the spectrum. If they did, using the 4/11 relegation odds, Salop would be offered at around 2/1 (33% chance) to stay up. The only way you can do this, would be to use Betfair Exchange and “lay” Salop for relegation. At the moment, the liquidity is very poor though and at 1.65 ish you’d effectively be taking 6/4 to stay up - this doesn’t look any value (40% implied chance).

William Hill have such odds for the premier league, and based on a combination of Leicester and Southampton to match our odds of relegation it does seem 2/1 would be the price to stay up might be worth emailing a bookie if anyone does want such odds to bet on
