Also interesting to note that Blue & White Holdings UK limited until recently was Blue and Amber Holdings Ltd . Perhaps the previous name wasn’t suitable but seems a strange event given the clubs current colours? 🤔 Now doubt someone can offer an explanation ? 😉 Someone on here could explain everything ........ Not telling you......... Just waiting until the ground is renamed the Joe Strummer stadium.,🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Perhaps Radio Shropshire or The Shropshire Star could ask the relevant questions?
Then again perhaps not. Neither are exactly renowned for investigative journalism for fear of upsetting RW.

Maybe Roland has done this to raise half a million from another party by selling them 200,000 shares. To keep his holding at over 60% he therefore needed to buy 400,000 shares himself. Rather neat sum to get to 600,000 new shares. Whatever has happened, fair play to Roland if he has put more money in. Or is he manoeuvring himself into a position whereby he can recoup some (if not all) of the money he’s ploughed into the club over the years when he sells up to the rumoured new buyer?

The statement says shares issued. Does this mean they were paid for?

That’s a really poor statement. Regardless of opinion please show some respect and withdraw the comment I have deleted the comment. I am just trying to say that I don’t think Roland personally has an agenda to make himself more personal wealth out of selling the club. for as much as possible. He is in the autumn of his life and he would be lost without the football club, so I believe extremely reluctant to sell if new buyers don’t want him involved which is likely the case. Unfortunately the way the game has became a billionaire play yard even Roland can’t afford to run STFC. Selling STFC to new owners with sufficient financial wealth and well suited intentions is urgent to keep the club at a competitive league 1 standard even League 2. Selling the club will bring a massive void in his life but he knows he has to do it sooner than later. For those reasons above we should not be surprised the club has not been sold. All the above said Roland needs to sell the club asap.

Think that’s may have been true over the last few years but previously the clubs been for sale without appointing an agent if you know what I mean. The last 2/3 years have focused RWs mind especially after needing to inject up to £200k a month. Whatever his wealth I doubt he’s comfortable doing that or in fact able for an extended period. The clubs now on the market with a structure actually looking for a buyer rather than waiting for one to come along. Roland wants out with t(e only conditions being an acceptable trustworthy owner, I’m pretty sure of that and with the pressures of not being able to compete and obvious pressure from supporters, think ‘desperate’ is more appropriate. Would imagine as time goes on everything’s more negotiable including the price.

Amidst your waffle I was disagreeing with the suggestion made that Roland is trying to get as much money for his personal wealth. He knows he has to reluctantly sell, and it will be a void for him I suspect he is trying to find that owner where he can stay on in some capacity. The most likely new owner will be Mike Harris….

Mike Harris? Don’t say that for Christ sake , they’ll be absolute meltdown on this board at the mere mention of his name. You know some even think we could become a feeder club for TNS . Fancy that. 😂😂

when this billionaire arrives this is what he will be facing if we use the last accounts available, our income was £6.212.421 of which we can spend 60% on wages the following season = £3,727,452 wages for the account year was £5,232,909. ( which includes all staff ) so likely we maxed out on what we could spend on players to cut a long story short , go and have a look at stoke city y t who allegedly have the 5 richest owner in British football www.nytimes.com/athletic/5356318/2024/03/28/stoke-city-what-went-wrong/if this ever so elusive billionaire turns up dripping with cash how long will it be before you are moaning about his luxury lifestyle and moaning about us no buying the likes of Harland why did every suddenly stop comparing us to Burton Albion and what could have been ? how about, turn up saturday support your club, get excited when we take the lead, have a little cry when we lose, come back next week and repeat, or just go fishing instead on a saturday

Mind you, even TNS come unstuck once in a blue moon, lost away to PenyBont on Friday.

He has recently invested in Monty's brewery so would imagine he has enough going on at the moment, best we can hope for is some revenue from advertising at the ground or in the programme...

Why on earth would he ?, he is making money at TNS unlike a certain STFC. This season will be very profitable because of getting into the group stages in Europe but is he making money generally? It's a decent set up at TNS and gates of 200 won't go very far, I was always under the impression that the qualification for Europe covered quite a bit of the costs, I can't imagine TNS are particularly profitable, especially when you think how much he will have 'invested' To answer your question though, perhaps the gates of 200 are a reason why he might be interested by STFC. Despite the success, the locals have not backed the club and perhaps winning the league at a canter, qualifying for europe, getting knocked out in the qualifers gets a bit repetitive (I appreciate that this season and getting to the group stages may change that)

I am not saying he is the answer but he is genuinely interested.
