I was surprised to see him starting after being told he signed too late but he did well, couldn't fault him today, seems our transfer window wasnt the incompetence some of our currently missing fans suggested

Very assured performance and he's not even 100% yet (PH said he was cramping up later on).

Welcome, to town, whilst Orient did not cause us many problems, he handled everything that came his way. With Perry doing a good job as a holding midfielder towns midfield looked better, the big test is how they can cope with Wrexham

A remarkable performance by Gilliad considering he only signed late yesterday and lack of game time at his previous club. He slotted in perfectly and wasn't afraid to organise players around him. He and Taylor laid the foundations for an all important clean sheet. In fairness, the whole team did really well.

It was the first game were the opposition did not walk through our defence at will and that was down to Gilliead and Perry.
