Well done them but they are in a minority, there was an interview with a UK wealth manager and in anticipation of labour announced wealth tax there clients have already moved there money to Portugal and Dubai. Labour make statements of stimulating the economy. But it will be the wealthy who would be investing in the UK and putting money into venture capital companies to get start up companies the finance to be up and running. Don't get me wrong we need a redistribution if wealth and they need to pay more taxes but labour have just shoot themselves in the foot, also giving billions to public sector workers with no link to improving services and no explanation were they are going to get the billions from seems stupid especially as we have twenty billion funding black hole. |

It’s usually the wealthy who make a good argument for why it’s not in the national interest for them to be taxed more heavily.
