No matter the jovialities in the Wrexham thread, I just want to wish you all well for the upcoming season. Hurst seems to have steadied the ship for you (again) and is making the right movements in the transfer market within your means. If your takeover ever happens then he is the man to guide you forwards. I see a lot of 'experts' have you down for the relegation spots, but hopefully you can prove them wrong - just wont get 6 points off us  lots of love the 'sensible' Wrexham fan PS: as it happens I will be in attendance for the Shrews v Stockport home game enjoying your finest hospitality in the Sovereign Suite, I trust that is ok? Can't turn a freebie down after all.... |

I don't mind Wrexham getting promoted, so long as we are one place above them.

Good on the original post, personally glad the rivalry is back on and may be in the minority but wouldn't necessarily want Wrexham to be relegated - enjoy the Derby Games twice a Year as long as it doesn't get too nasty.

I'd love all our rivals in the same league as us (provided they all finished below us!) I can not wish Wrexham well. Not just because of the historic rivalry but because of how they have gained success, how the media give them unfair coverage and how obnoxious their fans are. Whilst I appreciate the good will from the OP, I lack the maturity to return the favour. I hope you get smashed every single week!  |

Me too.....lived round that area all my life,and it's so funny seeing so many wrexsham gloryhunters about.....people who I know,and didn't go to a wrexsham game and weren't interested in the club,for at least 20/30 years....says it all really🤷🤷🤷

Just to echo others thoughts on here, and wish Wrexham the absolute worst for this season and beyond. Hope they struggle to compete this season, see plummeting viewing figures on their documentary, their sponsors become bored, the owners turn on Parkinson, the likes of Shaun Harvey air his true opinions on American stadiums hosting league games & B-Teams in the league and the media move on from this "fairytale".

Our only International is Jacob Mendy who plays for the Gambia McClean was retired but there was also talk of him potentially coming back, but not definite. |
