seeing as no one wants to mention it I will OLE Jakob Valla Strandhagen is to become the new Head of Sports at Norwegian Eliteserien side Molde FK from 1st December. He will remain as Burton Albion Chairman until a successor is appointed. what could have been ;-) If you believe what the football club are telling their fans then he was always only here for the transitional period and the intention was for him to move on after that so it's a non-story. And as we know, all football fans have to take what their club tell them as gospel Anyway, personally I'm delighted to see the Burton struggle and I'm sure most of our fans would agree, the challenge is to find 4 teams worse than us this season and hopefully they are one of them No I don't believe it , neither do the burton fans , mainly because the fact it was only ever meant to be temporary might just have been mentioned before yesterday 😝 Loving it 🤩 |

What all of this shows is that whenever a clubs owner changes they are moving into a period of uncertainty. We will be no different.
Many Town fans will raise the flags the day Roland sells up and think all will be fine moving forwards. Of course that is only the start of the journey, not the end of it.
Hopefully Roland is hanging on to find the right new owner and not just taking the first option that shows an interest. There are many clubs who have moved from being well run to being poorly run (sometimes very poorly run) by the new owners.
In Roland we trust (hopefully) 🙏🙏🙏

Similar mould of appointment to MT to my eyes, resulting in a similar outcome!
