Undercover health assistant at RSH

Chanel four dispatches is
broadcasting , a programme based around an undercover trainee health care assistant.
Who worked there for two months.
The Independent described it as truly Harrowing.
The hospital seems to have been under special measures for years.

In a recent staff survey over 50 % staff said they would not won't a relative treated there.
Whilst such problems in the NHS needs to be in the public domain
I can't imagine staff moral is good and this programme will not help.

I wonder how the public will react and what responses will the local candidates make to this programme.

I don't know if this accurate but I would imagine it would be harder to recruit staff when a hospital is under special measures.
I'm aware the hospital has struggled to recruite consultants
This year the hospital has recruited staff from Nigeria as a number come to our church.
Over the last 10 years we have seen significant numbers of houses been built.
Without the necessary resources been put into recruiting teachers, paramedics,nurses, doctors, consultants, and dentists
Which to me shows a lack of strategic management all of which puts strains on all services.

NHS could have the entire UK GDP and it would never be enough. Reform & re-organisation on a huge scale is required,  if any Politician has the balls to do it ?
