There should be a club statement today, well that’s how I read it
THERE WILL BE NO COMMENT FROM THE CLUB UNTIL AFTER OUR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) ON THURSDAY, APRIL 18.
The Shropshire Star have shares so that they can attend so maybe something from them.

The club will wish to make clear that, only when asked and in fact only when he had an arm twisted behind his back, Roland says nothing is the fault of him or any current employee. While he doesn’t like to talk about it, he also admitted under torture that he’s a very VERY generous man who is ‘pumping’ in his own money, none of which at all has been earned through the club’s activities over two decades. He also gives very generously to children’s charities and actually was the one who down the Australian knife attacker, but it’s been kept out of the press at his request as he really doesn’t like to take credit for things.

did they even have to hold an AGM let alone publicly share the details of it ? I see those that went have said nothing I believe public limited companies have to, private ones don't. I think we are private and therefore don't have to I suspect the reason why fans are asking is because of this quote from the club. "THERE WILL BE NO COMMENT FROM THE CLUB UNTIL AFTER OUR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) ON THURSDAY, APRIL 18"

The most worrying set of accounts in a long time and total silence from the club to reassure the fans that there is a plan to get us out of this mess.

im sure after an AGM most companies take a good week before the minutes are sent back and forth until agreed

Some very interesting comparisons for League 1 22/23 season from Kieran Maguire, we spent 99% of our turnover on players 🥹 other points of interest, we’ve made the most profit from any club in league 1 since our inception….. We’ve got the lowest debt ‘zero’ along with Wycombe (PV £8 million debt Oxford £27 million!) x.com/kieranmaguire/status/1783129775550181465?s=12

Judged on that I think it's fair to assume any of experienced players who are out of contract are goners. Say t'ra to Marosi, Dunkley, Bayliss, Bowman, Flanagan and O'Brien. And not sure I'm that fussed at this point

Trusting other people.....but unfortunately he couldn't by the looks of it🤔 As the chairman of a multi million pound organisation he should have trusted himself first and foremost. Those figures demonstrate very clearly that he failed spectacularly. Others can look for scapegoats, that’s just convenience to detract from the cause of our current malaise.

We could trigger Marosi's 1 year contract extension then make him available for transfer. Would then be able to demand a fee for him. The downsides are committing to the wages and the risk of no interest. Wouldn't be able to demand a large fee but should be able to get some money for him.

Thought I had read that we had an option, but could be mistaken. Realistically, all of Cotterills high earners will be gone. Shipley is still under contract and I wonder what wages he is on?
