Just the 3 games today.
Burton's dismal run continues, lost at home to Port Vale.

I see Northampton beat Derby too, didn't expect that
also, Carlisle 2-0 with 8 minutes to go, drew 2-2, including a 96th minute leveller, thats the final nail in the coffin for them I think

Well Carlisle cant even get to our points total that we currently have, relegation will be confirmed over Easter you would think.

Well,... It tells me Burton are not very good ATM.....and vale dominated that game....but they're still 8 PTS behind us as well

I'd say very good for us. Drags Burton further into the mix and Port Vale still in there as well. Burton and Cambridge both play Barnsley on Friday so won't get much there. Up to us to get something home to Oxford. Hopeful of a 1:0 win.

Beat Oxford and that is us safe. 47 points will be enough. Problem is Oxford will come needing a win and our home form...... Plus I seem to think Oxford have done quite well at GM in recent years. Think Briatol Rovers is the more winnable game over Easter.

Well,... It tells me Burton are not very good ATM.....and vale dominated that game....but they're still 8 PTS behind us as well Three wins needed to overtake us without us picking up any extra points. Only 7 games left (8 for Vale). Its possible they will get to 44 but unlikely unless there is a huge turn around in form. 1 win for us will put it to bed for sure.

We've got to view every game as must win until we hit 50 points.
The sooner we can know we're in League One and start working out next season the better.

The sooner we can know we're in League One and start working out next season the better. Likewise, I think our current points total is 110% certain to already see us safe. However, I think we need to get to 53 points to be totally sure.

I think we will do well to get a point,

I'd like to see us get at least 21 points from the remaining 7 games.

Oh I haven't forgot about the goal difference....it's shocking....but think 49 PTS should see us home I hope One win and we will be better than port vale, one decent win and we go ahead of cambridge too. (or games we lose by 1 when they lose by more, I know) So it may be poor, but with strong form it may be enough in GD terms if we move the needle a little. Roll on Oxford!

Oxford currently sit in 6th place so that would suggest it's going to be a tough task on Friday.
However, our form over the last 6 games is actually better than them so who knows?
A big Easter of football coming up!

Weve not got a good record at home to Oxford in recent seasons (I'm thinking from memory anyway).
I'd take a draw right now.

Should be a decent crowd on Friday, you would think.
Oxford don't look to have sold out their allocation as things stand.
