I’m considering installing Solar Panels with storage batteries. I’ve looked into it and had a quote and just wondering if anyone has had experience in this field.
The quote I’ve had is from Project Solar UK who get very good reviews and feature at the top of ‘recommended companies’ and offer guarantees on generation and lifetime warranty on panels….
The detail
13 panel 6 kW system (Evolution Super Max Series 455) with expected generation of 4415kW and SolaX Triple Power 3kWh battery storage……dual inverter.
projected annual saving £728.26 with export tariff income £605.72.
Total cost inc. scaffold etc. The £11,913.00
🤔

Following this with interest.
Which Energy provider are you with? I'm with Octopus and they have some unbelievably clever tariffs.

We used princeslhs.ltd/ - a nice Shropshire company and excellent service. Could not fault them.

Appreciate there’s small print

I've read that as soon as you put panels on your roof...your roof becomes valuable...and you should update your home insurance accordingly.
