what are you lot up to??
i always find new years to be a massive anti-climax, everyone builds it up for weeks before hand etc etc but it never seems to live up to its billing...
wheres the best place you've ever been as the new year dawns............?

Not a fan of NYE to be honest, never have been! I normally enjoy a decent meal and a few drinks and in bed by eleven. This staying up until midnight just for the sake of it is beyond me!! Best place spent NYE? guess I spent a lot at Madeley CC, thats about it I reckon!

This year i'll be at Wrexham Uni It won't be a patch on last year-my mate Toms house in Bishops Castle. Bottle of Champaigne each, free beer, big house & lots of laydees ;D Had 2 hours sleep then it was straight into the car and off Northwich! Not bad at all.

It seems to me that's 'cos you're always on the ****? I know what you mean though. I reckon New Years Eve is for people who never normally go out during the rest of the year. I prefer some sort of house party myself.

For those that know me - i'm having a bash at my place tomorrow night - fireworks, punch, vodka jelly, mulled wine, music, drunkenness etc - if you fancy it and want to pop over drop me a PM and I'll let you know where it's at...
If I don't see you have a very Happy New Year...

My best new years eve was last year. Watching fireworks over Sydney Harbour, in a boat on said harbour, then returning to our relatives house, early hours, and watching the sun rise over the lake at the bottom of the garden with a bottle of Jim Beam to help us along the way.
think a night on the p**s in Weston Supermud this year won't quite match up.....

Going to a mate's house party, should be nice and relaxed.
I'm not really bothered by the whole event too much to be honest

not too worried, had some great ones, millenium was great, started off s**te, couldn't get a drink anywhere round waterloo but ended up in the angle at club with gerry damers djing...
spent far too many new years day with alchol posioning so having to work on new years day stops me doing that, which is a blessing...
don't mind as long as i spend it with the same person.

am looking forward to this new years, will be the first one for ages where i will be able to have a drink as i'm playing a local pub.
last year i played a scandy hotel for the over 80s in ayia napa (of all places) and everyone bar 10 people went to bed by 10.30, was very lame.
