As always, Ian, an entertaining read, and one which captures accurately the prevailing mood of Town fans.
I'm hoping that next week's report will headline a valiant Town performance!

Beautifully written and gives a great insight into the current situation and illustrates the mystery as to why our current home form is much worse than the away form. I remember the Lincoln match 30 years ago well - we were in such a great run of form then we all assumed we just had to turn up to win. Unfortunately we were completely undone by a brilliant performance and at least one worldie from a teenager called Darren Huckerby who went on to have a good career in the Premier League. Dont think we lost again after that game until the last week of the season and we were champions by then - what a great season that was!

I didn't even realise it was the Superblues draw on Saturday, so assume I once again won nothing.
I missed the reunion, attending a concert in Birmingham for which I had bought tickets months ago, but I also remember that game against Lincoln, and the young Darren Huckerby.
Another good article, thanks.
