Another recruit to Betfair

After reading about the exploits of Mr Ghost and others, I have decided to have a flutter on Betfair (not sure whether will continue doing my 6 team bets via bookies as well).

Mixed results to date:

1st bet - Town to beat Mansfield - doh, £10 down, bad start

Rescued by a couple of 3-fold accumulators on Boxing Day and yesterday (thank you Arsenal for beating the Geordies tonight), backing Town to beat Darlo and picking Chelsea's first scorer in past 2 games (although did have 4 selections to choose from ).

Easiest bet - tonight, when laid against people backing Bergkamp or Kluivert as 1st goal scorer as both were out injured

So far about £100 up, but early days and the value of your investments can go down as well as up

I assume that the points total that they give me tots up and then the more I have used the les I end up paying in commission on any winning bets in due course ?

One little rule I have is never betting on a game involving the Town. As the heart rules the head

Don't mean to p**s on your bonfire, but a player has to make an appearance in the match for those first scorer bets.
